This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.</span></p><p data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"730\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, experience coordinating field operations, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Telecommunications construction experience is strongly preferred.</span></p><h3 data-section-id=\"164ueu3\" data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"756\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></h3><ul data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"2263\"><li data-section-id=\"1sjv893\" data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"948\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities related to telecommunications infrastructure projects, including fiber, coaxial, underground, aerial, and MDU construction initiatives.</li><li data-section-id=\"jlh68z\" data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1052\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.</li><li data-section-id=\"1yfnrp1\" data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1203\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Partner closely with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, permitting agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li data-section-id=\"aaj5vm\" data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1336\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Track project progress, budgets, materials, labor, and expenses while identifying and addressing potential delays or cost impacts.</li><li data-section-id=\"1lgqgis\" data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1490\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
