We look to do things differently and we&rsquo;re always searching for people who are up for making an impact.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>The Opportunity:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We are currently looking for <strong>Entry Level Auto Claims Adjusters</strong> who is&nbsp;responsible for initiating the repair process and subsequent vehicle services; including auto and truck collision damages.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How you&rsquo;ll spend your day:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintaining professional correspondence with clients to explain repairs and discuss repair options&nbsp;</li><li>Making outbound calls to follow-up with the repair progress of client vehicles to ensure timely completion and provide regular status updates to client&nbsp;</li><li>Answering inbound calls from body shops, clients, or drivers concerning vehicle repairs&nbsp;</li><li>Recommending methods to improve processes and operations</li><li>Working with current experienced desk review adjusters to gain on the job training to move up to the next level</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Innovation values the learning and development of our internal staff. &nbsp;You will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in claims management.</p><p><strong>Here&#39;s where we&#39;ll take you on your career path:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Reviewing adjuster and contractor estimates against carrier guidelines and making appropriate suggestions for changes. &nbsp;</li><li>Assessing collision damages and writing appraisals utilizing the Electronic Damage Estimating Systems (i.e. CCC)</li><li>Auditing the collision repair estimates to ensure quality repairs with maximum savings to our clients</li><li>Negotiating repairs and securing our agreed/contract pricing with the shops via phone/email.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring all services are provided with high quality statistical auditing services.</li><li>Providing statistical auditing for claims by client and individuals in order to analyze, operational improvements and adherence to client specific estimating guidelines. &nbsp;</li><li>Handling all escalation issues related to the quality of the work provided by contractors. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Technical Degree in automotive is a plus</li><li>Auto, Collision or Fleet industry experience a plus</li><li>Insurance claim exposure a plus</li><li>Basic to Intermediate computer skills and Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Typing skills at 20+ WPM</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills you&rsquo;ll need to be successful:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Negotiating</strong>:&nbsp;Presents interests in ways that foster the understanding and resolution of problem.
