The status and minimum in-office requirements are subject to change based on evolving business needs.</strong></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>As a Supply Planner, you’ll help ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time—while balancing service, inventory, capacity, and cost. This is an entry-level role where you’ll learn how demand, production, procurement, logistics, and inventory decisions connect across the end-to-end supply chain. You’ll work alongside planners, manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and finance to support daily execution and weekly/monthly planning cycles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and excited to build a career in supply chain planning.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>1) Supply Planning & Replenishment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans for assigned SKUs/locations using ERP tools</li>\n <li>Generate planned orders (purchase/manufacturing/transfer) and monitor open orders to ensure on-time supply.</li>\n <li>Execute replenishment processes aligned to inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes)</li>\n <li>Identify and escalate constraints (materials, capacity, supplier delays) and propose options.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>2) Exception Management (Daily/Weekly)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review planning exceptions (e.g., shortages, reschedules, late supply, demand spikes).</li>\n <li>Prioritize issues using business impact (service risk, revenue exposure, production downtime).</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution (expedites, substitutions, reallocations).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>3) Planning Cadence Support (S&OP / SIOP Inputs)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide inputs to weekly/monthly planning meetings: supply risks, capacity gaps, inventory outlook.</li>\n <li>Maintain action logs and follow-ups for supply recovery plans and constraint mitigation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>4) Inventory Health & Performance Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor KPIs such as service level/OTIF, inventory turns, backorders, excess & obsolete (E&O), plan adherence.</li>\n <li>Create and refresh dashboards/reports (Excel/Power BI) that highlight root causes and trends.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>5) Master Data & Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain planning master data: lead times, MOQ/lot size, safety stock, sourcing parameters, calendars.</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement projects: parameter tuning, standard work documentation, report automation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You’ll Work With: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demand Planning (align supply with demand signals)</li>\n <li>Manufacturing / Operations (capacity and production scheduling coordination)</li>\n <li>Procurement / Suppliers (material availability, lead times, performance)</li>\n <li>Customer Service / Commercial (allocation priorities, service risks)</li>\n <li>Logistics / Warehousing (inbound/outbound constraints)</li>\n <li>Finance (inventory valuation, working capital, forecast assumptions)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Own (Core Outcomes): </strong></p>\n<p>In the first 6–12 months, you will help the team deliver:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Improved product availability / service levels for your assigned items/locations</li>\n <li>Healthy inventory outcomes (reducing shortages and excess)</li>\n <li>Stable and feasible supply plans aligned to constraints (capacity, materials, lead times)</li>\n <li>Timely planning cadence execution (daily exceptions, weekly planning updates, monthly inputs)</li>\n <li>Accurate master data and planning parameters that enable good system outputs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What Success Looks Like (90/180/365 Days)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>First 90 Days</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Learn products, planning policies, and systems</li>\n   <li>Execute daily exceptions with guidance</li>\n   <li>Build solid relationships with operations, procurement, and customer service</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>By 180 Days</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Independently manage a defined SKU/location portfolio</li>\n   <li>Drive closure of top recurring issues (chronic shortages, late supply, parameter gaps)</li>\n   <li>Deliver reliable weekly supply updates and risk visibility</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>By 365 Days</strong></li>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Improve KPIs for your portfolio (service, inventory, plan stability)</li>\n   <li>Lead a small continuous improvement initiative (automation, parameter tuning, standard work)</li>\n   <li>Become a trusted planning partner who anticipates risks, not just reacts to them</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hybrid: on site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday</li>\n <li>Some flexibility may be required during end-of-month, peak season, or disruption events</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications (Entry-Level): </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or related field</li>\n <li>0–2 years of experience (internships/co-ops welcome) in supply chain, operations, analytics, or planning</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas;
