We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping and challenging people and we want you to be a part of our Operations team as an <strong><u>Operations Supervisor<em>.</em></u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> include the following (partial list):</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>1. </strong>Train, supervise, and schedule all operations staff.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>2. </strong>Supervise inmate population, including meals, work periods, visitation, and furloughs.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>3. </strong>Conduct intake on inmates when necessary.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>4. </strong>Evaluate all operations staff after probationary period, and then annually thereafter.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>5. </strong>Organize and facilitate staff meetings with operations staff at least monthly.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>6. </strong>Implement security and operation policies and procedures as mandated by The Company.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>7. </strong>Ensure safety and welfare of inmates, staff and visitors.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>8. </strong>Delegate responsibility for the operation and security of the center.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>9. </strong>Ensure all counts are conducted according to written policy.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>10. </strong>Facilitate safety and emergency procedures as set by The Company standards.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>11. </strong>Conduct written facilities inspections required by The Company standards.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>12. </strong>Participate in monthly department head meetings with the Facility Director and weekly clinical staff meetings</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>13. </strong>Supervise The Company required operations department documentation and operations data entry on WRIMS.</p>",
