This role will analyze performance trends, identify variances, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As our Operations Data Analyst, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, generate, and deliver operational reports using multiple data sources, translating findings into clear insights on performance trends and business outcomes </li>\n <li>Analyze service level & agent performance, staffing trends, and key operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities </li>\n <li>Investigate report variances and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality </li>\n <li>Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend enhancements to improve visibility and decision-making </li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including DBAs, Finance, and Risk, to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and integrity across reporting systems </li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, provide analytical consultation, and support implementation of data-driven solutions </li>\n <li>Utilize data tools and query methodologies to transform, analyze, and validate data </li>\n <li>Audit workforce data, schedules, and system inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines </li>\n <li>Assist workforce management in maintaining agent schedules and monitoring real-time call center performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
