Overview
As our Operations Data Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.
The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:
The Operations Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain operational reporting and workforce insights to ensure leadership has accurate, actionable data for effective decision-making. This role will analyze performance trends, identify variances, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities
As our Operations Data Analyst, you will:
Develop, generate, and deliver operational reports using multiple data sources, translating findings into clear insights on performance trends and business outcomes
Analyze service level & agent performance, staffing trends, and key operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities
Investigate report variances and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend enhancements to improve visibility and decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams, including DBAs, Finance, and Risk, to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and integrity across reporting systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, provide analytical consultation, and support implementation of data-driven solutions
Utilize data tools and query methodologies to transform, analyze, and validate data
Audit workforce data, schedules, and system inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
Assist workforce management in maintaining agent schedules and monitoring real-time call center performance

Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Analytical experience, preferably in a production or call center environment
Experience with data tools such as SQL, Databricks, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with databases required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
