    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 18px\">Job Summary</span></span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 18px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Under the general supervision of the Head of School and the daily supervision of the Principal, the Part-Time Daily Substitute: Instructional and Staff Support Specialist (PTS) will oversee the day-to-day Biblically grounded academic instruction and discipleship of his/her students. </span><span style=\"color: #212121\">This individual will serve as a minister of Christ in all activities performed as an employee of Cornerstone Christian Academy/Cornerstone Chapel. </span><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The PTS will influence positive, God-honoring student behavior, organize, and implement effective instructional programs based on curriculum guidelines while accurately assessing student performance. The PTS will ensure that all students are instilled with a Biblical worldview and supervised in a safe and loving learning environment that fosters spiritual, social, and intellectual development. The PTS must have a strong, active, and committed relationship with Jesus Christ, a willingness to lead with a humble heart, a passion for Christian education, and a calling to serve at Cornerstone Christian Academy. He or she will seek to perform all duties as unto the Lord, relying on the Holy Spirit for guidance, and completing all tasks with excellence.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
