In cooperation with the referral source, provides therapy evaluation to determine the extent of the symptoms and/or functional limitations relevant to the diagnosis. Develops treatment plan that is targeted and adjusted to decrease or eliminate the symptoms and functional limitations. Major tasks and duties include, but are not limited to: direct patient care, day to day patient scheduling, supervision of Physical therapist assistants and students, consultation with physicians and other team members, documentation in the electronic medical record, quality assurance and performance improvement(QAPI), clinical education, guest relations, and billing for patient services rendered and other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Minimum Education</strong>Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy required. Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate required. \n<strong>Required Licenses</strong>[Ohio, United States] Physical TherapistMust be licensed by the State of Ohio.\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Miamisburg Therapy and Sports Medicine</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Prefer Applicants Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Team Lead position requires both Clinical and Administrative duties</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate well</li>\n <li>Possesses characteristics of dependability, versatility and teamwork</li>\n <li>Ability to be flexible and adapt to change </li>\n <li>Ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks</li>\n <li>Demonstrate independent thinking skills, ability to problem solve, exercise good judgment in decision making, able to analyze information</li>\n <li>Ability to perform tasks assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
