    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive proposals for doors, frames, and hardware based on project specifications and customer requirements. This role involves reviewing architectural drawings, performing material take-offs, and maintaining awareness of upcoming construction opportunities. The Estimator collaborates closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to project execution.
