The Production Planner I is responsible for participating in the accuracy and timeliness of the production process.&nbsp; This role will communicate cross-functionally to ensure all parties are aware of change orders and delays with purchase orders.&nbsp; This role will also be responsible for&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">maintaining accurate job status and progress records, communicating potential delays or issues to the supervisor, and using the database system to manage work orders from release through receipt into stock.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u>&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Maintain job progress, status records, and notify supervisor of impending delays or serious difficulties affecting commitments.&nbsp;</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 6pt;\"><a name=\"_Hlk56776487\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Respond to material shortages due to lost, damaged, or defective material in order to prevent work stoppages in area of responsibility.&nbsp;</span></span></a></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Maintain accurate records by updating applicable systems which provide regular reports on the status of product to the Supply Chain department.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Assist with inquiries from production floor and work with stockroom to resolve issues when required.&nbsp;</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt;
