Business Development Representative – Major Projects Odessa, FL Description Bauer Foundation Corp. (BFC) is the U.S. subsidiary of the worldwide Bauer Group, a leading foundation contractor and designer of advanced foundation equipment. BFC executes complex excavation pits, ground improvement, deep foundations, and vertical seals for industrial, commercial, residential, and governmental projects across the United States. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support growth of BAUER’s specialty geotechnical and deep foundation services nationwide. This entry-level role is ideal for an early-career civil or geotechnical engineer with strong communication skills who wants to combine technical understanding with client-facing business development. Business Development Representative Reports to: Business Development Manager Position: Full time Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM Monday – Friday (On-site)
