Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas including, but not limited to, electrical, carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing, machine servicing, fabrication, and vehicle servicing. Is knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty. Responsible for developing, implementing, and training employees in &nbsp;preventative maintenance procedures and techniques. Assists with determining machinery needs and required specifications to efficiently produce product.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.</li><li>Communicates with or assists other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts or equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Dismantles machine, removes machine parts, and reassembles machine, using hand tools, chain falls, jack, crane, or hoist.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspects or tests damaged machine parts and marks defective area or advises supervisor of need for repair.&nbsp;</li><li>Installs, replaces, or changes machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Inventories and, with senior management approval, requisitions machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to replenish and maintain stock. Contracts vendors for price and delivery of repair parts.&nbsp;</li><li>Lubricates, oils, or applies adhesive, or other material to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Measures, mixes, prepares and tests chemical solutions used to clean or repair machinery and equipment, according to product specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists the Department Heads to determine machinery needs and obtain quotes and pricing information.&nbsp;</li><li>Records and maintains repair and machine maintenance information.&nbsp;</li><li>Starts machine and observes mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect defects, malfunctions, or other machine damage as scheduled.&nbsp;</li><li>Transports machine parts, tools, equipment and other material between work areas and storage, using crane, hoist, or dolly.</li></ul><p><strong>Facilities Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Perform general building maintenance including but not limited to: basic repair and construction, finishing and maintenance inside and outside company building as requested by departments and/or as maintenance needs appears.</li><li>Clean &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and dust electrical panels and ensure that a minimum of a three feet perimeter around electrical panels is kept clear at the main location of service.</li><li>Replace burnt out lights and light bulbs.</li><li>Schedules and performs plant blow downs and dusting.</li><li>Responsible for clearing and keeping safe the location pathways, common outside areas and parking lots during weather related obstruction such as snow. This may include scheduling vendors.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect the outside of all buildings and report all damage to supervisor</li><li>Report any material that has been removed from the plant to the yard that is not supposed to be in the yard.</li><li>Conduct errands including, but not limited to: picking up tooling, materials, removal of waste, picking up skids from other plants.</li><li>Researches vendors and pricing that need to be used for completing maintenance duties.&nbsp;</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
