Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and visitors.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military.</li><li>First Aid/CPR certification.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Patrol the assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.</li><li>Monitor and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.</li><li>Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or criminal activities in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with any issues that may arise.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and investigations.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a Courtesy Patrol, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and visitors.
