    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">About the Role</span></h3><p>DecisionHR is seeking a sharp, analytically minded Sales Operations &amp; Business Analytics Intern to support our sales organization through data analysis, reporting, CRM management, and operational support initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where you will work directly with real business data, systems, and projects that make a measurable impact on company performance.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and supporting operational efficiency across teams.
