    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work under direct supervision of the Store Manager, </li>\n <li>Ring sales at register, </li>\n <li>Assist with receiving donations including giving tax receipts, </li>\n <li>Help carry donation to sorting area downstairs, </li>\n <li>Assist with restoking racks of sorted clothing and goods, </li>\n <li>Create an attractive shopping environment ie. Organizing items intentionally, stacking, hanging, work with manager to enforce pricing policy (one price/no haggle) and recommend strategies for sales, </li>\n <li>Help maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the store including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, dusting shelves, answer phones as needed. </li>\n <li>And other duties as assigned by Store Manager of Corps Officer. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>H.S Diploma or Equivalent, prior work experience in a retail setting is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Flexible and willing to work weekends (every Saturday, if needed), cash register experience </li>\n <li>Ability to handle a cash register including void transactions, making change, tax-exempt, sales etc.  </li>\n <li>Self-motivated, ability to work in a constantly changing environment, </li>\n <li>Must have excellent people skills and excellent customer service skills, </li>\n <li>Must be able to be on your feet for longer periods of time, </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, must be able to take donations up and down a flight of stairs.</li>\n <li>Must work well in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>",
