While education and experience in the medical field is appreciated, this is not required. We are willing to train individuals with a desire to work in healthcare! All new team members receive comprehensive, in-depth training to ensure their success in the role.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead and support patient workshops</strong> by delivering oral devices and PAP equipment, providing hands‑on demonstrations, and ensuring patients feel confident in their therapy instructions.</li><li><strong>Prepare and organize workshop materials</strong>, including printing forms, pulling patient cases, staging supplies, and setting up/resetting workshop rooms.</li><li><strong>Support patient documentation and chart accuracy</strong> through pre‑ and post‑chart preparation, scanning documents, and ensuring completion of required forms.</li><li><strong>Assist with patient coordination</strong>, including scheduling follow‑ups, supporting therapy‑related needs, and collecting payments when appropriate.</li><li><strong>Maintain operational excellence</strong> by tracking trends, communicating concerns to leadership, supporting KPI tracking, and helping restock and organize supplies.</li><li><strong>Support departmental growth</strong>, including assisting with new workshop location onboarding and ensuring consistent patient education across sites.</li><li><strong>Contribute to team training and consistency</strong> by helping onboard new team members and reinforcing standardized messaging and patient experience protocols.</li></ul><p><strong>About you&hellip;</strong></p><p>Regardless of position in the organization, these are the core values we look for:</p><ul><li><strong>Value Reputation</strong>: Our name is everything!
