He or She will lead the service team during events, ensure all guests' needs are met, and help create unforgettable experiences that reflect our standard of excellence.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead banquet service teams during events, ensuring top-tier guest experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to review and execute Banquet Events Orders (BEO's)</li><li>Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown - keeping everything organized and on schedule.</li><li>Communicate event details and expectations clearly to the banquet &nbsp;team.</li><li>Address guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.</li><li>Manage event-related administrative tasks including deposits, tips distribution, and paperwork</li><li>Train and mentor banquet team members to maintain service excellence.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate banquet bars and handle cash and credit TIPS certification requirements .&nbsp;</li><li>Attend pre-event meetings and communicate BEO updates to staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.</li><li>Jump in to support other resort departments as required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>This position requires a minimum of 3 years of banquet/event service or high-volume restaurant experience is required.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>",
