This role will operate with minimal supervision to perform duties as assigned by the Electrical Mechanical Project Manager. These duties will include the installation, modification, design, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems. In this role, the employee is able to interpret blue prints, lead and develop direct reports, and provide representation of mechanical systems on new projects to ensure synergy with structural construction team.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Work in accordance to company safety standards and policies</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead and develop electrical team in regards to preventative and break down systems maintenance.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Quality assurance of installations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Daily production contribution</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Respectful and thoughtful communication with apprentices and management.
