The ICM team provides community-based evaluation, outreach, support services, advocacy, community living and problem-solving skills, and assists individuals with achieving self-sufficiency. Members of the team include clinicians, clinical associates, vocational specialists, substance abuse specialists, peer support specialists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide psychosocial assessments; treatment &amp; discharge planning; individual, group &amp; crisis intervention; clinical monitoring of case managers and peer support specialists, and oversight of client care</li><li>Be part of a multi-disciplinary team with external treatment providers</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Good To Know</strong></p><ul><li>Position is based in Anchorage, Alaska</li><li>Full-Time, Exempt&nbsp;</li><li>Pay Range is between $73,100 -$89,000 (Unlicensed) or $80,500 - $103,320 (Licensed)</li><li>Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available &ndash; Professional Growth is encouraged!</li><li>Clinicians participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan.</li><li>AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children; 401k with immediate vesting and up to&nbsp;5% match, 3% automatically contributed by AKBH; 5 weeks of PTO for the first year and 8 weeks of PTO after the first year.</li><li>AKBH consistently provides both individual and group clinical licensure supervision for our behavioral health providers who are working towards their post-master&#39;s and post-doctoral clinical licenses. &nbsp;The most common licenses for therapists in Alaska are Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. &nbsp;Both require 100 hours of clinical supervision. &nbsp;Market rates for licensure clinical supervision are $150-$200 and hour. &nbsp;At 100 hours, that is a $15,000 to $20,000 value &ndash; and our staff receive it as a free benefit.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Need from You</strong></p><p><strong>Clinician I</strong></p><ul><li>You&rsquo;re a Licensed or Unlicensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW). AKBH can assist with providing licensure on site for Unlicensed Clinicians.</li><li>You have a Master&rsquo;s in Psychology or Social Work with mental health focus</li><li>You have a background in substance abuse &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Clinician II</strong></p><ul><li>You have a master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other discipline recognized in the State of Alaska as a Mental Health Professional&nbsp;</li><li>You are licensed in Alaska as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychological Associate, Marriage &amp; Family Therapist, or have the ability to be licensed within two years</li><li>Prefer full-time internship and/or one year of experience working with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and/or substance use, preferably with experience in crisis intervention and stabilization.</li><li>Required: experience conducting safety assessments, mental health assessments, and/or evidence-based clinical inventories (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Alaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.&nbsp;</strong></p></div></div></div>\n",
