Ensures patient understanding and documents thoroughly.<br />\r\n14.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assists in providing quality health care by accessing the electronic medical record to obtain/provide pertinent information. Reports appropriate information to the provider and documents appropriately.<br />\r\n15.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Remains aligned with the departmental goals which involves understanding the importance of conducting RMH visits, perform HEDIS measures, and participating providing quality care by utilizing the tools and reports provided to help reach departmental/organizational goals.<br />\r\n16.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintains assigned work area with supplies and equipment. Cleans, stocks, and maintains exam rooms, procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment.<br />\r\n17.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Follows universal precaution standards about patients, procedures, handling specimens, cleaning and disinfecting instruments and exam rooms as taught and retrained through annual compliance training.<br />\r\n18.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Transports patients safely from the following positions: sitting to standing or laying down, from standing to sitting or lying down, from laying down to standing or sitting, and assist to the bathroom, into/out of wheelchairs, and pushing/pulling patients in wheelchairs.<br />\r\n19.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Must always keep the patients&rsquo; safety a priority, which will involve preventing potential falls as needed.<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong> Clinic environment.
