          "text": "<p>Supports core financial planning and analysis processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis to enable data-driven management decision-making. Independently handles assigned projects and recurring reporting cycles by investigating, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data, while delivering regular insights on weekly and monthly performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely execution in&#xa0;a fast-paced, high-growth environment&#xa0;that requires strong ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>&#xa0;KEY RESPONSIBILITES&#xa0;</strong>include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Support annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecast processes</li><li>Prepare recurring weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers</li><li>Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) and summarize key business drivers</li><li>Validate, reconcile, and maintain large datasets to ensure&#xa0;<strong>data accuracy and reporting integrity</strong></li><li>Manage recurring reporting cycles while supporting frequent&#xa0;<strong>ad-hoc analysis requests</strong></li><li>Collect and organize financial/operational data from Accounting, Operations, SCM, and Marketing</li><li>Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis</li><li>Prioritize multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision</li><li>Document action items and follow through to completion</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and processes</li><li>Support preparation of financial reports and analyses requested by Korea headquarters</li><li>Compile data and backup materials for executive-level reporting to HQ</li><li>Assist in responding to&#xa0;<strong>ad-hoc information requests from HQ finance teams</strong></li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs required for HQ submissions</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
