The Breakdown: Maintain ethical integrity: Earn trust and sustain confidence through unwavering honesty, strong moral judgment, and consistent follow-through on verbal and written commitments. Accounts Payable: Own the full AP cycle with precision — processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and keeping meticulous records. Financial Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail to every number. Month-End Reconciliations: Lead monthly close activities with accuracy and accountability, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring books are clean and current. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Step out from behind the spreadsheets — partner confidently with teams across the organization using clear, professional verbal and written communication.
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred Public Accounting experience preferred Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required Experience with Workday or similar accounting systems preferred Knowledge of Accounting terminology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and project management skills
