    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Product Manager manages the product life cycle for multiple and/or more complex product(s) within a product portfolio with minimal guidance. Makes strategic product decisions, develops the product roadmap, and determines product feature priorities. Analyzes the total addressable market and competitive conditions and lays out a product vision and roadmap that is differentiated and delivers value based on customer demands and market drivers. Builds awareness and understanding while representing the company vision externally to our customers by attending conferences, customer visits, and facilitating collaboration boards and other customer engagement sessions.</p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the product development life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities </li>\n <li>Stay on top of current trends and competitive threats impacting the product line; develop long term plans to ensure product success</li>\n <li>Set product strategy, develop roadmap, and create features by defining the why, when, and what of the product line</li>\n <li>Translate product strategy into high level requirements and prototypes </li>\n <li>Create business case to include overall budget for development efforts and monitor to remain within budget requirements</li>\n <li>Own the creative and analysis process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas </li>\n <li>Drive the effort to determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward, namely those that will achieve key objectives for the product line and business including financial and positioning objectives</li>\n <li>Clearly define what the teams will deliver and the timeline for implementation based on the product roadmap</li>\n <li>Create feature descriptions, provide guidance to Product Owners, and approve the product-related requirements/user stories using Agile methodology</li>\n <li>Assist the Product Owner in managing the Agile team’s User Stories and release milestones</li>\n <li>Contribute to setting prices on products in the product line to meet revenue and profitability goals and track return on investment to ensure success</li>\n <li>Clearly articulate the product’s business value to the cross-functional team so they understand the intent behind the new product or new feature(s) in a release</li>\n <li>Update key stakeholders on product releases and coordinate training as needed</li>\n <li>Evaluate sales campaigns to ensure that they are consistent with product strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed</li>\n <li>Actively participate in the development and execution of go-to-market plans</li>\n <li>Analyze potential partner relationships for the product </li>\n <li>Define and monitor KPIs in order to measure the impact and success of the product</li>\n <li>Develop, improve, and implement product and process improvements to deliver amazing customer experiences</li>\n <li>Available for up to 50% travel</li>\n <li>Serve as a mentor to less experienced Product Managers and Product Owners</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field</li>\n <li>Six years of software development experience as a Product Manager and/or eight years of Product Owner/Senior Product Owner experience</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success defining and launching products</li>\n <li>Healthcare industry knowledge, ideally healthcare supply chain</li>\n <li>Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Experience working in agile software development setting</li>\n <li>Have a constant focus on solving user problems in the best way possible</li>\n <li>Conceptual product thinker that can connect strategy with execution</li>\n <li>Understand and execute on the steps required to successfully launch a software release or application </li>\n <li>Ability to influence cross-functional team without formal authority</li>\n <li>Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with diplomacy and tact while managing a large group of stakeholders, including when responding to resistance</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Ability to describe complex information in a concise but thorough fashion</li>\n <li>Desire to keep up with product management best practices</li>\n <li>Ability to make analytical, data-driven decisions and effectively communicate the results</li>\n <li>Ability to write effective business plans, marketing plans, and product plans</li>\n <li>Ability to plan and execute quick deployment of new and innovative products and services</li>\n <li>Familiarity with the use of AI and agents, including how they can be leveraged to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, improve user experiences, and support operational efficiency across a variety of tasks and tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Business or related field</li>\n <li>Aha!
