You’ll enjoy:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits</li>\n <li>A generous PTO package</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities</li>\n <li>Team Member events and recognition programs</li>\n <li>Access to campus amenities, including a gym, indoor pool, and more</li>\n <li>A supportive, mission-driven team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n<p>As a <strong>Life Enrichment Assistant</strong>, you’ll help design and deliver programs that encourage Residents to connect, grow, and thrive.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Planning, organizing, and leading daily recreational and enrichment programs</li>\n <li>Encouraging Residents to socialize, build friendships, and confidently engage in group activities</li>\n <li>Leading exercise programs such as stretching, calisthenics, and group sports</li>\n <li>Coordinating entertainment, special events, and community outings (lunch trips, sightseeing, picnics, and more)</li>\n <li>Accompanying Residents on outings and providing support throughout activities</li>\n <li>Visiting non-ambulatory Residents or those at risk of isolation to ensure inclusion</li>\n <li>Completing initial Resident assessments within 48 hours of admission and assisting with ongoing program planning</li>\n <li>Maintaining accurate attendance records and required documentation</li>\n <li>Evaluating Resident engagement and communicating observations to the team</li>\n <li>Supporting and supervising volunteers during programs</li>\n <li>Preparing weekly programming plans and submitting supply requests</li>\n <li>Maintaining and operating program equipment (projectors, computers, audiovisual systems, etc.)</li>\n <li>Collaborating across departments to promote a positive and supportive team culture</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Experience in recreation, activities, or a related field preferred (but not required)</li>\n <li>Creativity, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with older adults</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Schedule</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.</strong></li>\n <li>Every other weekend and holiday</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Location</h3>\n<p><strong>Glen – Willow Valley Communities</strong>675 Willow Valley SquareLancaster, PA 17602United States</p>\n<p> </p>",
