Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Social Media Manager to own and scale our social presence as we continue to grow our US sweepstakes casino brand.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with full ownership of social media strategy, content creation, execution, and performance. You will shape how our brand shows up across social platforms, how we engage with our community, and how social contributes directly to player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You’ll be at the center of our brand voice — creating standout content, launching inventive campaigns, engaging daily with our players, and using data to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
Own the end-to-end social media strategy, from ideation to execution and optimization
Develop platform-specific strategies focused on growth, engagement, and brand loyalty
Identify opportunities to turn social channels into a meaningful growth and engagement driver
Content Creation & Campaigns
Create fresh, inventive, and on-brand content across all social platforms (organic)
Plan and execute creative social campaigns, promotions, and community activations
Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across channels
Take full ownership of content quality and campaign execution standards
Community Management & Brand Representation
Actively engage with followers, players, and fans across all platforms
Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and consistency
Work closely with Customer Support to resolve issues and align on player communications
Planning, Execution & Operations
Build, maintain, and manage a Social Media content calendar
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams on launches, promotions, and announcements
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery of content
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Define and track KPIs for social performance (growth, engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
Regularly report insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Continuously test, learn, and optimize content formats, timing, and messaging
Trends & Innovation
Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Proactively recommend new content formats, platforms, and engagement ideas
Inform leadership of relevant changes that may impact brand visibility or performance
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Social Media management experience within real-money online gaming, sweepstakes casinos, social casinos, or comparable high-engagement digital products
2+ years of management experience
Strong understanding of the US player market, including customer behavior, motivations, promotional sensitivity, and lifecycle expectations
Proven ability to build, grow, and engage online communities
Strong content creation skills — copy, concepts, and campaign thinking
Deep understanding of major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to clearly articulate strategy, present insights, and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support teams
