You will be instrumental in translating our design concepts and field installations into professional, accurate technical documentation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do (Responsibilities):</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">System Drafting:</span> Prepare, modify, and finalize detailed construction drawings and technical schematics for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fire Alarm Systems</span> and other low voltage projects (Access Control, Nurse Call, CCTV).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Code Compliance:</span> Ensure all drawings and layouts adhere strictly to local and national codes and standards, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NFPA 72</span> (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design Support:</span> Work closely with our experienced Project Managers and Engineers to develop accurate floor plans, device layouts, wiring diagrams, riser diagrams, and system block diagrams.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As-Built Documentation:</span> Produce \"as-built\" drawings based on field mark-ups and technician notes to reflect the final installed system configuration.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Document Management:</span> Maintain an organized system for filing, version control, and distributing all project drawings and related documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Makes You a Great Fit (Qualifications):</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Proven experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in a CAD Operator or Drafter role, ideally within the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fire protection, electrical, or low voltage industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Proficiency:</span> Expert level proficiency with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AutoCAD</span> is required. Familiarity with Revit or other design software is a plus.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge Base:</span> Strong understanding of architectural drawings, symbols, and scaling.
