As a Client Lifecycle Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping the renewals engine running with precision. You will manage timelines, track details across dozens of accounts, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This is not a strategy role—it is an execution-heavy, detail-critical position where success comes from consistency, accuracy, and follow-through. What will you do? Renewal Execution & Tracking: Manage assigned renewal accounts with strict attention to timelines, ensuring all renewals are completed accurately and on time. Pipeline Organization: Maintain a highly organized renewal pipeline with clear visibility into upcoming dates, statuses, risks, and next steps. Nothing should be unclear or untracked. Customer Communication: Conduct structured, professional outreach to clients regarding upcoming renewals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and follow-through. Quote & Contract Accuracy: Prepare and review renewal quotes and contracts with a high level of detail. Ensure pricing, terms, and data are correct before anything is sent. Relentless Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on outstanding items, internally and externally until completion. You do not wait for things to happen; you drive them to completion. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment and eliminate errors or delays in the renewal process. CRM & Data Hygiene (This is a must): Maintain exceptionally clean and accurate records. Every interaction, update, and contract detail should be documented and easy to understand. Process Discipline: Follow established workflows consistently while identifying small inefficiencies and opportunities to improve execution over time. What do you bring to DOOR?
