Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.</li>\n <li>5 years’ experience in an environmental management capacity.</li>\n <li>5 years’ experience coordinating with BLM, regulatory agencies and/or other project stakeholders</li>\n <li>Ability to prepare and maintain accurate environmental records and documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to facilitate environmental compliance meetings with regulatory agencies, project stake holders and project team members.</li>\n <li>SWPPP Reporting Experience.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n <li>Must be well organized and able to read construction plans and specifications.</li>\n <li>The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li>\n <li>The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and      </li>\n <li>Wildlife, cultural and/or sensitive species monitoring experience a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Management of Environmental Monitoring and Inspections.</li>\n <li>Management of permit compliance monitoring & reporting.</li>\n <li>SWPPP Inspections & Reporting.</li>\n <li>Wildlife Monitoring & Reporting.</li>\n <li>Writing Reports.</li>\n <li>Coordination with BLM, project regulatory agencies and Environmental Compliance Subcontractor.</li>\n <li>Must be familiar with federal and state permitting, specifically: Plan of Development, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention Control Countermeasure Plans, and other typical construction permits (water quality, dust control, land use). </li>\n <li>Provide environmental compliance guidance to project managers, field personnel and subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Assist with environmental planning during pre-construction and project startup phases.</li>\n <li>Should be familiar with spill response procedures and clean up protocols. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled, E-Verify Employer</em></p>",
