You will be instrumental in helping them overcome obstacles and challenges, guiding them back onto the path of education, and empowering them to achieve their dreams and career goals.</h1>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to joining an organization with an outstanding mission, Concorde is happy to provide the following Benefits You'll Love - </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Tuition Waiver</strong>: Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off</strong>: Competitive paid time off programs for employees (Vacation, Sick, Flexible)</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Matching</strong>: 50% match on the first 6% of your contributions after 90 days</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong>: 4 weeks of paid leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents to bond with a new baby</li>\n <li><strong>Competitive Insurance</strong>: Health, vision, and dental coverage for you and your dependents</li>\n <li><strong>Pet Insurance</strong>: Competitive coverage for your furry family members through ASPCA</li>\n <li><strong>Health Plan Enrollment</strong>: Eligibility starts first of the month following completing one full month of employment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• <strong>Re-entry Process Management:</strong> Take direct responsibility for Concorde’s re-entry process, aligning outcomes with campus budgets.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Accountability Meetings:</strong> Facilitate weekly re-entry accountability meetings at the campus level and provide regular updates towards monthly goals.</p>\n<p>• <strong>System Development:</strong> Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate a system to increase student re-entry percentages.</p>\n<p>•<strong> Student Contact</strong>: Maintain regular contact with previous students to ensure their return, utilizing phone calls, mailings, email blasts, and phone-a-thons.</p>\n<p>• <strong>External Relationships:</strong> Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with outside agencies that provide support services to students.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Absent Student Outreach:</strong> Make phone calls to absent students to encourage their return.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Withdrawal Coordination:</strong> Meet with potential withdrawing students to coordinate re-entry options before withdrawal.</p>\n<p>•<strong> Additional Duties:</strong> Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Affairs and/or Campus President.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Flexible Schedule:</strong> Evening and occasional weekend work may be required to accommodate student and employer needs.</p>\n<h1> </h1>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• <strong>Educational Background:</strong> An associate degree or higher is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Relevant Experience:</strong> Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Previous Experience:</strong> Experience in sales, customer service, or demonstrated ability in these areas required.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Tech Savvy:</strong> Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).</p>\n<p>• <strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Student Interaction:</strong> Ability to interact effectively with students.</p>\n<p>• <strong>Telephone Skills:</strong> Strong telephone communication skills. </p>",
