Actively identify and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and service quality. Requirements: Diploma or above in any field. Relevant customer service experience (preferably in live chat). Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Professional in oral and written communication in English Strong inclination towards the technology sector with a focus on personal and career growth Team player who is committed, self-driven, and responsive to client requests. Fluent English Speaking skills; Chinese is a plus. Immediately available is preferred.
