Qualified candidates will have a creative, holistic, and systematic approach to problem-solving. We are seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of programs within the acquisition lifecycle of one of our DoD Clients. A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple teams to include Cloud Migration, Enterprise Architecture, and Compliance Management, while working to proactively and strategically to plan and to assess the IT portfolio(s) of the customer&#39;s organization.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead a team of Program Managers with various projects with significant scope and impact supporting several different businesses.</li><li>Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of project efforts that utilize information technology solutions, principles, standards, and best practices to transform enterprise business progresses.</li><li>Manage and oversee the enterprise Information Technology (IT) capabilities to quantify, measure, and evaluate IT efforts against strategic goals and objectives.</li><li>Develop, establish, and maintain project management standards and procedures.</li><li>Act as an escalation point for the portfolio and project stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans, and a path to green throughout the project.</li><li>Provide technical assistance to investment and decision support functions and provide recommendations for resource allocation to improve alignment with strategies and goals.</li><li>Conduct performance management analysis and decision support that realizes routine investment performance (e.g., cost, schedule, and performance) against planned accomplishments through coordinated program reviews with program stakeholders.</li><li>Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope, identify risks/issues, and devising contingency plans.</li><li>Update or develop documentation on processes that are critical to successfully implementing your projects.</li><li>Under general supervision, employee will be expected to exercise sound and independent judgment and consistently exercise discretion.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS</u>:&nbsp;</p><p>Must be able to obtain and maintain SECRET Clearance</p><p>&nbsp;<u>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</u>:&nbsp;</p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited university required. Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred.</p><p>&nbsp;<u>CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:</u>&nbsp;</p><p>PMP certification.</p><p><u>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</u>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>15+ years of experience managing large global IT projects from initiation to closure.</li><li>Experience with core IT infrastructure components and service concepts.</li><li>Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others and problem solving.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to successfully coordinate and integrate cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management technologies.</li><li>Experience as a leader and mentor for project teams in a matrixed environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</u>:&nbsp;</p><p>To be eligible for employment, you must be fully vaccinated, except in limited circumstances where an employee is legally entitled to an accommodation, by January 4<sup>th</sup>, 2022, or your start date, whichever is second in time.
