    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h2 style='margin-top:8.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:4.0pt;margin-left:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:21px;font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;color:#0F4761;font-weight:normal;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;color:windowtext;'>Position Summary&nbsp;</span></strong></h2><h2 style='margin-top:8.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:4.0pt;margin-left:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:21px;font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;color:#0F4761;font-weight:normal;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;color:black;background:white;'>The Rental Technician fits and rents mountain bikes, helmets, knee, elbow, and chest protectors, and does basic repairs and adjustments on mountain bike equipment while providing excellent guest service.</span></h2><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspecting and maintaining rental bikes to ensure they are safe and ready to use.</li><li>Performing maintenance on bikes to meet our service standards and accurately recording information.&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting customers with bike selections based on their needs and abilities.</li><li>Responsible for renting bikes out and checking them in using the inventory computer system.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Portrays a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with customers and coworkers.</li><li>Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining customer profiles and preparing claim forms.</li><li>Maintain inventory and inform the supervisor of stocking needs.</li></ul><h2>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in the bike industry preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of cross-country, downhill bikes, and other related equipment is preferred.</li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Prior experience with the general public (customers) a plus; prior experience as a cashier a plus.</li><li>Excellent oral/written communication skills.</li><li>Basic Math</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Physical Demands and Work Environment</h2><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
