          "text": "<p><strong>About the Internship:</strong><br>\nWe are seeking a creative, organized, and passionate student with an interest in marketing, social media, and wellness. This part-time role supports our marketing and communications initiatives within the luxury spa and wellness space.</p><p>The intern will work closely with our Business Development + Client Relationships Manager, as well as the TLEE project team, contributing to content creation, brand strategy, and research. This position offers a deep dive into digital marketing, emerging wellness trends, and client-facing storytelling within a dynamic, design-forward environment.</p><p><strong>Intern Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Business Development</strong></p><ul><li>Track and update proposals, assist in follow-up and outreach</li><li>Target developers, brands, key contacts for inquiry</li></ul><p><strong>Marketing &amp; Content Creation</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with email marketing campaigns and quarterly newsletters</li><li>Draft blog posts and content tailored to the luxury wellness industry</li><li>Generate and pitch new content ideas based on emerging trends</li><li>Lead visual and written asset creation for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)</li><li>Strategy to grow social channels</li><li>Join bi-weekly marketing call and bi-weekly public relations call to gain insight into these areas</li><li>Help plan and coordinate external and internal marketing initiatives</li><li>Brand immersion + marketing platform training (Social Channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Additional Platforms: FloDesk, Later, Airtable, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)</li><li>Manage Customer Relationships Management (CRM) System and input new contacts</li><li>Manage new imagery for visioning decks and organize into image banks</li><li>Social Media Calendar and Planning</li><li>Conference and Event Research</li><li>Explore AI and emerging technologies and identify opportunities for integration</li></ul>",
