Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources and we&rsquo;re looking to add experienced Press Operators to our team.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Successful Press Operators work well in a fast paced, production environment, and use their problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothly. &nbsp;They use positive communication skills to mentor operators in training and to keep the team working at the end of the line focused on meeting productivity goals.</p><p><br>&nbsp;In this position you will:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on your press</li><li>Set up the press to run jobs using job instructions prepared specifically for each project</li><li>Monitor the quality of the materials being produced</li><li>Troubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessary</li><li>Supervise the work of Press Helpers assigned to your press</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Experience and Education:</p><ul><li>Must have a high school diploma or GED</li><li>At least two years of prior experience operating a press, including working knowledge of 4 color, UV curing, plow-folds and ink jet</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Don&rsquo;t have the level of experience we&rsquo;re looking for? &nbsp;We also offer a Press Operator training program!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This full-time position includes the following benefits:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Medical coverage</li><li>Dental and Vision coverage</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>401k saving plan with company match, subject to plan terms</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Shift Premiums for 2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> Shift</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
