All Instructors will create curriculum and utilize high fidelity simulations while also participating in required continuing education.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Reviewing established training objectives, lesson plans, training materials, and instructional methods prior to the beginning of assigned courses.</li><li>Communicate professionally and effectively with both clients &amp; coworkers.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain all required certifications.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform medical instruction/demonstration and student evaluations required by course syllabi and Plan of Instruction (POI).</li><li>Operate and maintain High Fidelity simulation manikins and laboratory.</li><li>Prepare classroom and laboratory for upcoming instruction including all academic equipment that would be needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete required paperwork for individual courses taught for licensing, billing, and filing.</li><li>Create and update curriculum to be offered to clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical support, planning, consultation, analysis and expert advice to establish, maintain, and improve instruction.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with training new instructor candidates.</li><li>Performed related duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
