    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>&nbsp;The connection between Telit purchasing team and EMS, coordinate with EMS/suppliers/CM to make sure the material supply to meet revenue/business demands.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Objectives &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive EMS for continual improvement in support all SCM related issues.</li><li>Orchestration of the new system implementation that related to the handling of the two EMS.</li><li>Balance EMS excess and shortage with suppliers.</li><li>Handle daily EMS issue for all purchasing related things to support production and planning team to achieve build plan.</li><li>Be the key contact with the EMS to monitor the performance, take or propose due actions to address out of lines issues.</li><li>Relationship management for the EMS to ensure new initials on purchasing could be deployed effective and implemented with full support.</li><li>Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
