    "description": "<p><span>Custodian Per Diem:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>In the absence of permanent custodian, cleans classrooms, offices, restrooms, and hallways,<span> </span></span><span>locks doors and secures building, sets up for special school activities and maintains school</span></p>\n<p><span>grounds in good working condition to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students, staff,<span> </span></span><span>and community.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Think you’ve got what it takes?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255)\">THE ROLE:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Keep buildings and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas neat and clean at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span>Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.</span></li>\n<li><span>Unlocks doors, ensuring doors are locked after cleaning areas.</span></li>\n<li><span>Sweeps, and mops classrooms and dusts furniture.</span></li>\n<li><span>Cleans corridors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Daily cleans and disinfects toilet floors, all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains.</span></li>\n<li><span>Keeps the grounds free from debris.</span></li>\n<li><span>Keeps all floors in a clean and attractive condition and in a good state of preservation.</span></li>\n<li><span>May assist or perform snow removal activities and minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, or other similar activities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255)\">WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU IF YOU HAVE:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Graduation from High School or Vocational School or possession of an approved High School Equivalent Certificate.</span></li>\n<li><span>Applicants will be required to possess a driver’s license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform essential duties of the position.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255)\">WHO WE ARE:</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Marion P.
