As a frontline representative and the face of the credit union, this individual provides exceptional member service through live video interactions while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor during all video interactions. Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other account-related transactions. Resolve member questions and concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate individual when necessary.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union</li><li>General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems</li></ul><p>All employment applications must be submitted electronically.
