As we grow, we’re looking for a NetSuite Developer who can design and build solutions that stand up to real operational complexity. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The NetSuite Developer builds the backbone of our client solutions. You are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable NetSuite customizations and integrations that power real-world operations. You work closely with consultants, integration engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions. This is not a ticket-taking role — you are expected to think in systems, challenge weak designs, and build solutions that hold up under growth. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Design and develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (2.x), Suitelets, RESTlets, and SuiteTalk.</p>\n<p>Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, WMS, POS systems, and other external applications.</p>\n<p>Develop and optimize Celigo integrator.io flows and custom integration components. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical architecture.</p>\n<p>Support core ERP processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Financials.</p>\n<p>Design and implement REST/SOAP-based integrations using JSON, XML, and related protocols.</p>\n<p>Perform technical testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.</p>\n<p>Document technical designs, integration mappings, and deployment procedures clearly and thoroughly. </p>\n<p>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business objectives and delivery standards. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to Hairball development best practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>NetSuite Builder: 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript 2.x, RESTlets, and web services. You understand how NetSuite works beyond surface configuration.</p>\n<p>Integration-Oriented: Experience building integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as Shopify, Amazon, Salesforce, 3PLs, or other SaaS platforms.</p>\n<p>Business-Aware Technologist: Strong understanding of ERP concepts including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and financial workflows. You don’t just write code — you understand what the business is trying to accomplish. </p>\n<p>Systems Thinker: You design for scale, data integrity, and long-term maintainability. Problem Solver: Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning incomplete requirements into working solutions.</p>\n<p>Clear Communicator: Able to explain technical decisions to functional consultants and clients without hiding behind jargon.</p>\n<p>Accountable: You own your deliverables and stand behind your work. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experience with Celigo integrator.io (Level 3/4 certification is a plus). Strong JavaScript and SQL skills. Experience with SuiteCloud development framework. Familiarity with subscription billing, returns management, or complex fulfillment models. Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
