    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<span>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Analyse customer inputs and understand requirements such as Design Specifications, IO list, Instrument Index, MCC drawings, HW loop typicals&nbsp; etc.</span></li>\n <li><span>Follow Emerson’ FSM process and maintain all SIS related documentation of the assigned activities as per safety lifecycle requirement</span></li>\n <li><span>Verify compliance to IEC61511/other as per assigned scope in project</span></li>\n <li><span>Raise Technical Queries</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop System Architecture</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop System Interconnection diagram</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop Heat Power, Weight Calculation</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform I/O to Controller Assignment</span></li>\n <li><span>Define Hardware Concepts</span></li>\n <li><span>Define third party interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.)</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop/Review BOM for DCS &amp; SIS</span></li>\n <li><span>Design/review HW typicals</span></li>\n <li><span>Design/review HW drawings for various cabinet such as Network, Server, System, Marshalling, Power Distribution, Interposing relay etc.</span></li>\n <li><span>Design/review Furniture Console, Matrix panel for ESD &amp; FGS</span></li>\n <li><span>Select third party components such as relays, barriers, Fibre Optic Patch Panels,&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Review third party devices and verify/test compatibility with system</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor/Review Cabinet build</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop Internal test plan</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform Internal testing</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform Third Party Interface test</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop HW FAT plan</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop HW-SW Integration plan</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform Integrated testing between SW &amp; HW</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform FAT with customer</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop As Built documentation</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop SAT plan</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform SAT at customer location</span></li>\n <li><span>Loop checks at site</span></li>\n <li><span>Startup &amp; Commissioning support</span></li>\n</ul><span>Quality Control &amp; Assurance</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as &amp; when required throughout the project.</span></li>\n <li><span>Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer’s regulatory guidelines</span></li>\n <li><span>Practices and promotes First time right approach.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strictly follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).</span></li>\n</ul><span>Other Duties</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business.
