    "description": "<h2>Descripción general</h2>\n<p>The Electrical Construction Project Engineer is accountable for scrutinizing project data, ensuring projects follow technical specifications, and staying on track. </p>\n<h2>Calificaciones</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 3 to 5 years of field experience in Project Management, Project Engineering (or related) and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or Business. Alternatively, individuals with equivalent field experience should also apply (associates degree + 8 years field experience, e.g.)</li>\n <li>  Knowledge of the electrical commercial and industrial construction industry and products</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills with Accubid, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Revit and AutoCAD</li>\n <li>Electrical license highly preferred</li>\n <li>Must have a Valid Driver’s License.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a background screen</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask while staying organized</li>\n <li>Positive customer service skills</li>\n <li>PMP a plus, but not necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsabilidades</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and organize construction engineering projects from conception to completion.</li>\n <li>Understanding of the Submittal Process and tracking each through our Procore Document management software.</li>\n <li>Manage and maintain constant vigilance on the FSG QA/QC Program as assigned.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and communicate between various sites and teams; supervise and train construction project staff as needed.</li>\n <li> May be responsible for bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing.</li>\n <li>Understanding BIM Analysis, and Pre-Fabrication Designs are Crucial to the success of this position.</li>\n <li>Utilize engineering knowledge for construction project management; estimate timelines and schedules; anticipate risks and costs related to the technical aspects of the project.</li>\n <li>Cooperate and collaborate with the FSG Construction, and Project Managers to Analyze Production, Track Materials, and documents as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Rango de pago</h2>USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.",
