Drain Technicians are paid on a commission basis. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why join our team:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We care for our employees' well-being and structure our company so that our front-line employees are rewarded appropriately for their hard work.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Uncapped Pay Potential</li>\n <li>Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability and Term Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Matching 401(k)</li>\n <li>On-going training & development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you will do</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems to identify drain-related issues</li>\n <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage</li>\n <li>Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair</li>\n <li>Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixtures</li>\n <li>Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed</li>\n <li>Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems</li>\n <li>Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures</li>\n <li>Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 + Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferred</li>\n <li>Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship</li>\n <li>Drain tech endoresmsent or 200 hrs</li>\n <li>Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures</li>\n <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who we are:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
