    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is hiring a Production Manager (Electrical Superintendent) for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Train, manage and evaluate production team members</li>\n <li>Ability to assist Project Manager in preparing & updating production schedules</li>\n <li>Create and maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety, and accident reports</li>\n <li>Coordinate and monitor the installation progress</li>\n <li>Plan, organize and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of work / executed purchase order agreement</li>\n <li>Oversee the implementation and compliance with quality assurance and quality control programs</li>\n <li>Coordinate work with Project Manager, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed for the construction of a product</li>\n <li>Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards</li>\n <li>Review submittals, budgets, schedules, and all other aspects necessary for a successful product order / program</li>\n <li>Maintain and foster contacts with consultants, contractors, vendors, and material suppliers</li>\n <li>Serve as an interface between internal clients, including the IM Engineering, Operations, Safety, Quality and Safety teams, to facilitate interdepartmental relations and program goals</li>\n <li>Ensure the component layouts and bill of material takeoffs comply with constructability and operability needs</li>\n <li>Act as a subject matter expert regarding various electrical installation activities</li>\n <li>Participate in engineering, design, and production review processes as requested by Project Manager</li>\n <li>Interpret plans, specification, drawings, and documents related to the engineering and construction of program / product order</li>\n <li>Reports to Project Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a Safety True Believer</li>\n <li>5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical or integrated construction industry, with a concentration in large commercial construction projects / programs</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred; with previous work as Licensed Electrician / Supervisor a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to prepare, manage and accurately update production schedules (MS Project)</li>\n <li>Prior knowledge and understanding of the estimating process</li>\n <li>Exposure to ACCUBID and/or ConEst a plus</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite required, including excel at advanced level and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills required</li>\n <li>Willing to travel to develop vendor relationship & conduct incremental factory inspections as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How we support you:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enjoy working with happy and fulfilled colleagues</li>\n <li>Work with the best</li>\n <li>Leadership development</li>\n <li>Feel supported by management who cares</li>\n <li>Confidence in your and others health and safety</li>\n <li>Excited about working at a highly respected company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cummings offers:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay  </li>\n <li>Overtime</li>\n <li>Bonuses </li>\n <li>PTO</li>\n <li>Boot and tool purchase assistance  </li>\n <li>Training</li>\n <li>Health benefit options and service discounts</li>\n <li>401(k) 8% employer match</li>\n <li>Licenses & Certification assistance</li>\n <li>Career advancement</li>\n</ul>",
