The role partners closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and global teams to ensure strong commercial execution and operational performance. As a people leader, this position develops and leads a high‑performing team while driving change across the organization. Role involves managing the product life cycle of several existing data loader products (DLMU, ADG-400) while also developing Honeywell's next generation data loader (MDG-100) meeting the latest cyber security requirements. Location: Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, with a focus on new product introduction or launch. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
