Clients can access FIREFLY service in a variety of locations: centre based, in community (fly-in and drive-in communities), in schools, pre-school and child care settings. font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Participate in diagnostic clinics with other team professionals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Provide information and support to family/caregivers to facilitate an understanding of client’s strengths and caregiver directed goal attainment and assist clients with funding and purchasing information for aids and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Facilitate access to community resources necessary to promote the optimal level of functioning of the client and family/caregiver.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Work collaboratively with caregivers and other service providers and educators to meet identified needs and enhance delivery of care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintain documentation as per CASLPO guidelines and FIREFLY policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Supervise communication assistants</span> <span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">which includes determining appropriate clients to assign, developing clear therapy goals and plan, as well as direct and indirect supervision.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated planning, organizational and facilitation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Understanding of the Anishinaabe culture, First Nation communities and language is a definite asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;
