Maintain necessary equipment logs and inform supervisor of deficiencies.</li>\n <li>Prioritize work activity according to business need and as directed by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Assist with installation of insulation when the workload dictates the need.</li>\n <li>Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.</li>\n <li>Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations.</li>\n <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Safety conscious.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Clean MVR required.</li>\n <li>Experienced residential/commercial installers preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 50 lbs of force regularly.</li>\n <li>Repetitive motion associated with operating equipment, unloading materials, and assorted manual/power tools.</li>\n <li>Regular exposure to the elements.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
