    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Baker </strong></p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>Manufactures various cake products in accordance with designated specifications; performs various job tasks of a repetitive nature in accordance with product type and production requirements; conforms to Good Manufacturing and Safety practices as outlined by company policy.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><p>&bull; Responsibility to work and act safely in accordance with all policies</p><p>&bull; Responsibility to report safety hazards to people or product and comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices</p><p>&bull; Maintains regular throughput of product to the production line</p><p>&bull; Follows Good Manufacturing Practices by adhering to company policy and keeping work areas and equipment neat and clean on an ongoing basis&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Understands product specification and makes routine checks to verify equipment performance; adjusts equipment as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Monitors equipment performance and reports damaged or faulty equipment to supervisor&nbsp;</p><p>o Operates batter depositors and various continuous mixing systems&nbsp;</p><p>o Operates automatic oven loading equipment; loads and unloads oven manually as required&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Inspects pans for cleanliness and notifies supervisor when deficiencies are observed&nbsp;</p><p>o Palletizes pans as directed&nbsp;</p><p>o Monitors proper operation of pan greasing unit by maintaining proper grease levels&nbsp;</p><p>o Inspects pans for proper grease coverage</p><p>&bull; Ensure products meet the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code by reporting to a leader, supervisor, or manager any instances or conditions that would negatively affect the products quality, food safety, or regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Back up for this position is other Bakers, Sr. Bakers and Baking Lead</p><p>&bull; Perform other job-related duties as assigned</p><p><strong>Qualifications (Education/Experience)</strong></p><p>&bull; High School diploma or equivalent</p><p>o Basic Math skills</p><p>o Must be able to read and write English</p><p>o Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanner gun</p><p>&bull; Demonstrates manual dexterity</p><p>o Ability to perform repetitive motions on a regular basis</p><p>&bull; Ability to work in a fast paced environment using both hands, frequent bending/stooping with occasional walking and lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.</p><p>&bull; Ability to work over 40 hours per week &amp; 8 hours per day - ability to work overtime is required</p><p>&bull; Must be able to stand for a full shift</p><p>&bull; Must be able to work in a hot environment</p><p>&bull; Must be able to tolerate potential allergens : peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish</p>\n",
