The UW 1I must be certified in Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Grade 1 Water Distribution. The UW 1I must be able to work outdoors in all occasions. The UW 1I must understand and communicate information related to customer service, maintain proper conduct, and present a positive image of the Company. Be available to work overtime in emergency as well as planned job assignments.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>• This is an entry-level position.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>• Under general direction and UW III and UW IV. will assist with the general maintenance of the water distribution system including, but not limited to, meter change-outs, water main and water service repair/replacement, and water storage tank maintenance.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>• Works independently on general property maintenance (painting, cleaning, sorting, etc.), customer notifications, 1-inch and smaller meter change-outs, and other work not requiring continuing direction or supervision.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>• Performs other duties as assigned or as directed by supervisors.</p>",
