          "text": "<p>Link Solutions is seeking an<strong>&#xa0;Endpoint Configuration Management Functional Manager&#xa0;</strong>at Adelphi, MD.</p><ul><li>U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Top Secret&#xa0;Clearance</li><li>Non-remote&#xa0;(relocation incentive&#xa0;available)</li></ul><p>The&#xa0;<strong>Endpoint Configuration Management Functional Manager&#xa0;</strong>will lead Endpoint Management technical support services for Army customer networks, ensuring highly efficient and effective system monitoring and management. The support duties may include, but are not limited to, addressing technical issues concerning enterprise solutions across Army networks.&#xa0;</p><p>Join a team of dedicated professionals at an industry-leading organization, where you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that contribute to national security. This position offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional growth while supporting critical missions and operations.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure managed devices at each JRSS Army Enterprise network site. Provide support for router operations for routing devices within the Army JRSS boundary.</li><li>Develop scripts and utilities for routine task automation and connection to software Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) within the Army JRSS boundary.</li><li>Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure Army JRSS Security Systems, which include the IPS/IDS, firewall, proxy, and routers.</li><li>Update existing toolset displays and dashboards, as needed, to meet the customer's requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain the Knowledge and Lessons Learned repository of TTPs, migration documentation, change requests, product updates, architecture diagrams, and all daily/weekly/monthly reports.</li><li>&#xa0;Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work.</li><li>Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning.</li><li>Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.           "text": "<ul><li>U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Top Secret&#xa0;Clearance</li><li>Ten (10+) years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations, engineering, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, or automation initiatives.</li><li>Four (4+) years in an IT Manager or Lead position.&#xa0;</li><li>MS or BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per&#xa0;DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security,&#xa0;GICSP,&#xa0;GSEC, SSCP, etc.).</li><li>Experience with Windows Server, MCEM, MAC OS, RHEL, RedHat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor, KVM, Puppet, Patch, PowerShell, WSUS, and Release, STIG, Storage, Backup and restore.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge and understanding of Enterprise network functionalities, Enterprise Army DoDIN/O&amp;M/CND tools, procedures, and operational constructs to include Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based business processes.</li><li>Expert understanding of Host-Based Security System.</li><li>Senior-level expertise in configuring server hardware and OS software, as well as installing new software.</li><li>Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) expertise and experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, and databases.</li><li>Experience using OS imaging and virtualization software.</li><li>Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); CAC/Token integration experience.</li><li>Experience with VMware vSphere ESXi 5.x - (Networking, virtual switches, and virtual distributed switches); vCenter Server 5.x; and VMware vSphere Storage Appliance (VSA).</li><li>Working knowledge of Army or DoD Information Management and Security processes and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range:&#xa0;</strong>$82,000 - $138,000</p><p>Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.</p>",
