      "content": "<h3>Fabrication &amp; Assembly</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Interpret shop drawings, fabrication prints, weld symbols, and production specifications</li>\n<li>Assemble and fit structural steel components according to design requirements</li>\n<li>Work with beams, columns, stair systems, railings, and miscellaneous fabricated steel products</li>\n<li>Measure, mark, align, and position materials to ensure proper fit and dimensional accuracy</li>\n<li>Prepare components for welding through tack fitting and assembly verification</li>\n<li>Confirm proper fit-up, alignment, and measurements before final welding operations begin</li>\n\n<h3>Equipment Operation</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Operate fabrication equipment and machinery including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Band saws</li>\n<li>Magnetic drills</li>\n<li>Grinders</li>\n<li>Ironworkers</li>\n<li>Plasma cutting systems</li>\n<li>Oxy-fuel cutting equipment</li>\n\n\n<li>Safely utilize hand tools, measuring instruments, and layout equipment required for fabrication work</li>\n\n<h3>Material Handling &amp; Shop Support</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Move and position steel materials using overhead cranes, rigging systems, and material handling equipment</li>\n<li>Assist with production activities as needed to support workflow and delivery schedules</li>\n<li>Maintain organization of materials, tools, and workstations throughout the shift</li>\n<li>Support overall shop efficiency by assisting with fabrication-related tasks across departments when required</li>\n\n<h3>Quality &amp; Safety</h3>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with fabrication specifications</li>\n<li>Follow established safety procedures and best practices at all times</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area</li>\n<li>Contribute to production goals while ensuring workmanship meets quality expectations</li>\n\n\n</ul></li></ul></ul></li></ul></ul>"
