They oversee all aspects of recruiting, training, management, fiscal compliance, and overall operations of a crew to ensure high quality, safety, service excellence, satisfaction, and maximum profitability. This position is based out of <strong>American Canyon. </strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Supervisory experience - 2+ years of experience managing a crew.
